In order to avoid fraud issues and for legal and security purpose the 3D secure will now start from 101€ by default in production and sandbox environment. For anti-fraud matter the previously amount of 250€ was judged too hight for our security policy.
If you want to activate the 3DS for lower amounts than 100€ you can change the Secure mode field] and put it as FORCE.
